Dr. Aher is basically a geologist, his area of research are Groundwater Chemistry, Geochemistry and Genesis of Fluoride, Watershed Management, Geophysical Exploration, Environmental Geology, Application of ANN in Geology. He has acquired his doctoral degree in geology where he worked on area specific ground water quality analysis. Not only limited to theoretical knowledge his skills expands on practical aspects too, as he has acquired hands-on expertise on various instruments. He has almost twenty one publication in his name. He has participated in various Conference and Symposia and has published approximately eleven abstract. He is member of thirteen valued academic and professional bodies. Ms. Jain is a budding professional in her field. She attained his master’s degree in 2015 from LNJN National Institute of Criminology & Forensic Sciences, Ministry of Home Affairs, GGSIPU. She has attained his Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science from S.G.T.B. Khalsa College, University of Delhi. She worked on 3 research projects during course work of her Post Graduate diploma and masters. Dr. Khalifa in his broad and ample work tenure, has attained various professional positions related to academics and research and so far, served in upliftment of his field for more than 44 years since 1973. He has been Supervising 42 Ph. D., and M. Sc. thesis in six Egyptian Universities. In addition, supervising three Ph.D. Theses in Petroleum Institute in Kazakhstan. He has also been Examiner of 12 M.Sc. and Ph. D. Theses in Tanta, Ain Shams, Mansura, Al Azhar, Assuit and Sohaj Universities. He has published twenty papers in International Journals, such as, Sedimentary Geology, New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science Bulletin. In his very ample and dexterous work tenure he has professional membership various international level societies and committees. He has been member of editorial boards of various international level research journals playing the roles of editor, reviewer etc. He has given his valuable contribution to his field by introducing new terms and concepts related to his field. Dr. El-Gendy is currently working as head manager of Petroleum Biotechnology Lab, Process Design & Development Department, Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute, EPRI, Vice Coordinator of the Scientific Research Committee, and National Council for Women (NCW) of Egypt.

She started her teaching career since she was awarded her PhD degree in 2005, though, teaching different training courses in the field of Petroleum and Environmental Biotechnology at Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute. She has helped in the establishment of the School of Biotechnology in Chemistry Department in Faculty of Science in Menoufia University, Egypt, with a new curriculum and developing a course in Environmental Biotechnology. She also worked as a lecturer and supervisor for undergraduates’ research projects, at the British University in Egypt BUE, and at the Chemical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt, at the Modern Sciences and Arts, MSA University, Egypt. She is Editor in various International Journals’. She has been nominated and received various Awards such as: Nominated for L’Oréal – UNESCO Award for Women in Life Sciences – 2016. An honorable acknowledgment certificate from Journal of “Energy Sources Part A: Recovery, Utilization and Environmental Effects” for my outstanding technical contributions as an author and a reviewer.
