Dr. Erozkan is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences, Guidance and Psychological Counseling. His research interests include attachment styles, rejection sensitivity, anxiety sensitivity, social anxiety, perfectionism, and interpersonal problem solving skills. He attained his doctorate degree in the year 2012. He has supervised numerous post graduate level students. He has worked as an author in various international and national level journals scanned at international indexes other than SCI or SCI-Expanded, SSCI, AHCI. He has published 19 research papers in various international and national level journals. He has contributed in publication of 5 books as first author and also as contributor of chapter in number of books.

He is also president of Indian Association of Positive Psychology, Country Director of Asia Pacific Career development Association, Task Force Member, Performance Management Division, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, Panel of Judge of Prime Minister’s Trophy for the year 2009-2010, 2010-2011 , and 2013-2014, Chairman, Governing Body, Satyawati College, University of Delhi. He has been teaching since 1981 at Delhi University to M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D. Program in Management and Psychology. He has published approximately twenty five books, prominently used for MA (psychology and applied Psychology) and MBA program of various universities are, hundred and three research articles in National and International Journals of repute. He is Member of National and International Scientific Committees. Member of fifteen scientific professional bodies in India and Abroad. Editorial Board member of National and International journals Advisor RDSO (Lucknow) Ministry of Railway for Psycho-Technical work. Member of Selection Committees of various universities across the country and private sector organization for recruitment at middle and top level positions. Trainer too many Indian corporate houses and Multinational Companies on various HRD, HRM and Human Development Issues, and Pre-Retirement Preparation.

Dr. Wu is a dexterous and adroit professional in his field with work experience of more than 9 years in which he has played various posts and responsibilities such as Lecturer at University of Sheffield and Research Officer at Bangor University. He attained his doctorate degree in 2008 in Cognitive Neuroscience at Bangor University. His main interest in science lies in the cognitive neuroscience of language and cognition. Using a variety of research methods such as electrophysiology (e.g., ERP), neuroimaging (e.g., fMRI), eye-tracking, and experimental psychology, he has studied the neural dynamics of language processing in monolingual and bilingual individuals. His studies have demonstrated that when bilinguals process words in the second language, translation equivalence in the native language is automatically and unconsciously activated.
