Dr. Faizanur Rahman is presently teaching in the capacity of Assistant Professor (Law), Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi since 22nd December, 2015. He has worked in the capacity of Lecturer (Law), Nehru Memorial Law PG College. He has worked in the capacity of Assistant Professor (Law), Aligarh Muslim University, Murshidabad Centre, Murshidabad. He attained his doctorate degree from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Md. Zafar Mahfooz Nomani.

Dr. Faizanur Rahman specializes in Intellectual Property Law. During his Ph.D course, he worked as a Research Associate in the University Grants Commission Major Research Projects on Wetland Law during 2009-2011.The major outcome of project significantly augured reform and enactment of national wetland laws during 2010-11.

He published more than 35 research papers in prestigious refereed and peer reviewed journals covering diverse areas of intellectual property and corporate laws. His insight in the subject is laced with erudite explanation and cited across the discipline of visceral affinity. While Dr. Rahman is, at the core, a scholar, his work has also achieved remarkable acceptance by practitioners across multiple fields. Besides his research worthiness, innovation in module, curriculum and pedagogic renovation is the hallmark of his teaching caliber.

Dr. Dodani is an incipient professional in Lecturer area of European Union Law with around 4 years’ experience. He has been Internal Auditor CEZ Albania where he performed the role of Evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness, of risk management and of the governance processes of the Company. He has been Visiting Lecturer at “Mediterranean University of Albania”. He attained his doctorate degree in 2014. He attained his Bachelor Degree, Master Degree in 2008 and 2010 respectively. He has been visiting Scholar at Fordham Law School New York USA.

Dr. Berhani is an adroit pioneer professional in his field with more than 24 years of teaching experience. He has been teaching at Faculty of Law, University of Schkodra, Department of Public Law, since 1992. He has been Vice Rector of the University of Shkodra from 2016. He has been Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Shkodra from period 2002-2004. He has attained his doctorate degree from faculty of Law, University of Tirana in 2006. He has been member of editorial board in various research journals. He has been Researcher at University of Bari, Italy. He has been Lecturer and researcher at Institute for Scientific Research and Development Montenegro. He has participated and presented paper in various international scientific proceedings of congresses, conferences, seminars.

Mr. Phaneendar B N is a handwriting expert and Network Security Professional along with his Bachelor’s degree in science or a professional percussionist which he is passionate. He completed the course on Forensic document Examination from American Institute of Applied Sciences, USA. He is currently engaged in the research on "The effect on connections between the letters in the act of Disguise" under the guidance of Ms. Katherine Koppenhaver. With many other certifications and memberships in the forensic field, it was for the first time in 2009, he got appointed as the ‘Court Commissioner’ by one of the Honorable Law court. From then, he is being recognized as the ‘Handwriting Expert’ and appointed as the ‘Commissioner to the Court’ in many legal cases. With an intention to provide the best professional services in the field of Forensic Document Examination and Private Investigation, he became the co-founder of "Clue4 Evidence Forensic Investigations Private Limited" which is an organization offering Fraud and Risk management solutions in the relevant fields. Today, he is considered as one of the most reliable and competent handwriting expert by the Law courts.

Ms. Bisha is presently Pedagogue in University of Shkodra “LUIGJ GURAKUQI” teaching the right of social insurances, the bankruptcy law and Family law. He has been English teacher in Education office of Kurbin from 2012-2014. He has been coordinator in “77 news” newspaper from 2012-2013. He has been secretary-intern at District Court of Kurbin and Shkodra. He is perusing his doctorate degree in Civil Rights/family law from European University of Tirana since 2013. He holds an eminent qualification and experience in his field of expertise.
