Dr. Jia has attained his doctorate degree in Chinese Archaeology from University of Sydney in year 2005. He has adroit teaching experience of more than 34 years. He carried out work of fieldwork supervisor/instructor for the Museum’s special archaeological projects, and also supervisor/instructor of on-site archaeological procedures and methodologies to Jilin University, Harbin Normal University and Heilongjiang University undergraduates. Dr. Gruhn has attained Ph.D. in anthropology from Radcliffe College in 1961. She is an adroit and dexterous professional in her field with teaching experience of more than 54 years. Dr. Vogt is an adroit professional in her field with experience of more than 29 years attaining different positions and responsibilities in various academic departments such as Scientific researcher at the University of Marburg, Assistant Professor at the Department of Prehistoric and Medieval Archaeology at the Humboldt-University, Berlin, Full Professor for Medieval and Historical Archaeology at the Department of Prehistoric and Medieval Archaeology, University of Vienna. She has attained various positions in academic and professional organizations but two positions which are main marker of her excellence are President of the European Association: RURALIA the Jean-Marie Pesez Conferences on Medieval Rural Archaeology (since 2014); National Representative of Austria (since 2010) and President of the Austrian Association for Medieval Archaeology (since 2012). Her main areas of research include Early Medieval funeral and social archaeology, Medieval archaeology of marginal landscapes, urban archaeology, Archaeology of the contemporary past (research projects in the former concentration camps of Sachsenhausen (Brandenburg, Germany), Mauthausen (Upper Austria, Austria) and its sub camps (Loibl-North, Carinthia, Austria; Gunskirchen, Upper Austria, Austria), massgrave Rechnitz (Burgenland, Austria), Five Islands, Trinidad and Tobago). Since 1987 she has published very colossal amount of publications on his name which include 14 edited and 17 forthcoming monographs, 132 published articles in journals of both national and international status.
