Dr. Jayant is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Head (Ex) , Department of Disabilities Studies, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Deemed University (CFTI under MHRD, Govt. of India), Longowal, Punjab, India. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in the field of Reverse supply chain management under joint research collaboration of SLIET Deemed University & DTU, Delhi. Dr. Jayant having more than 20 years teaching & research experience with 02 years industry experience. His research area includes Industrial Engineering & Management, Supply Chain Management, Reverse Logistics, CIM, ERP, TQM, and Modeling & Simulation of Manufacturing System. He has been completed 03 sponsored research projects of Rs. 90 Lacs funded by MHRD, CSIR and MSJE, New Delhi. He has been published more than 130 research papers in International/national journals and proceedings of International and national conferences. He is reviewer of 32 International Journals He has attended 40 International/National conferences and STTP in India & Abroad. He has been organized 11 Conferences and AICTE/ISTE Sponsored STTP. He has been delivered 15 Keynote/Invited Lectures in India & abroad. . He has guided more than 50 students for their final year PG and UG Industry oriented projects. At present he is supervising 03 Ph.D. students. He is the members of different professional bodies like ISTE, SMIIE, ISME, IWS, IIE (USA), IACSIT (Singapore), IAEngg. (Hongkong) etc.

Dr. Alimgeer holds excellent record he has in total sixteen years of work experience. His work speaks for him and has been appointed as a member in various congress. He is member of IEEE, Antenna Design Research Group Birmingham, UK. RF and Microwave Research Group. Dr. Alghazali has more than 18 years of teaching experience. He attained doctorate degree in civil engineering in year 2008 entitled as “Evaluation of Some Design Parameters of Bastora Roller Compacted Concrete Dam”. He has worked for 15 years with teams (as a member and as a head of teams) in more than 40 different civil engineering projects. He evaluated scientifically several PhD and MSc thesis in different topics of water works, water resources and hydraulic structures.
