Dr. Sejdini has experience of nineteen years in academic development and research as well as professional experience related to establishing and planning of institutions and a number of projects. His academic experience includes teaching and management positions in a number of universities such as South East European University, Macedonia; University of Pittsburgh, USA; Epoka University, Albania. His research includes not only academic conferences and papers, but also regional and national level in-depth studies in various economic aspects starting with business development, support of SMEs, until migration. His research extends to his project management and participation experience with a number of regional and national projects and institutions which includes projects pertaining to the support of SME development in Macedonia, analyzing the financial system of Kosova, brain circulation and role of diasporas in Balkans, migration of Western Balkan countries, and economic impact of migration on home and host countries. He has attended almost 18 international and national conferences and trainings. He has published about 12 research papers in various well-recognized national and international journals.

Dr. Ballkoci is Head of Finance and Accounting Department Faculty of Economy, University of Elbasan "A.Xhuvani" Elbasan, Albania. Dr. Kannaiah is currently working as a Senior Lecture, Accounting & Finance Discipline James Cook University Singapore. He hold a doctorate in Accounting, in addition to his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce from India. He is a (Level 1) Supervisor for research higher degree candidates (Ph.D.) at James Cook University. He was the founder and adviser of JCU Singapore Accounting Club since 2012. Mr. Sharma have started working with Government Registered Organization SIFS INDIA where he use to deal with various types of Forensic Services: such as Forensic Education, Forensic Investigation, Forensic Training, Forensic Internship, Forensic Research, Security Services, and Scientific Equipment Department. In SIFS INDIA, he has experience of taking fingerprints from dead bodies, criminals and suspect, from crime scenes, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for private organizations, visa immigrations and for FBI on real cases. In addition, he has also given expert reports on more than 500 hand writing, signature and fingerprints cases, 20 MMS cases, 10 case of motor vehicle identification, and 40 case of voice forgery reorganization. He has 22 Publications including 3 books. He is also Team Member, Kenyon International Emergency Services. Currently, he is working on unique fingerprint patterns Project “A case of three Deltas in a Fingerprint”

Mr. Phaneendar B N is a handwriting expert and Network Security Professional along with his Bachelor’s degree in science or a professional percussionist which he is passionate. He completed the course on Forensic document Examination from American Institute of Applied Sciences, USA. He is currently engaged in the research on "The effect on connections between the letters in the act of Disguise" under the guidance of Ms. Katherine Koppenhaver.
