Disaster is an event that destroy the important things of survival such as home, property and lives. Disaster or emergency create severe challenges for the lives of countless citizens in different areas and communities. These communities demand for the appropriate and operative preparation for upcoming future by emergency rescue healthcare professionals and team members. The challenges for health care professionals like Public health nurses (PHNs) are engaged in disaster management. For managing the disaster settings, nurses should be well trained and have high skill. Ten domains and four themes are consisted by International Council for Nurses (ICN) frameworks of calamity nursing capabilities. These domains and themes are used to tabularize the professed skills for calamity nursing. This paper represents the role of nurses with the principles in disaster setting. Child Mental Health Disorder and Its Prevention

“Mental Health”, the term refers the adjustment of an individual with satisfaction, effectiveness, happiness and socially understanding behavior and has the capability to accept and face the challenges of life. Now these days, both children and adolescent suffer with mental health problem. So, there is need of appropriate tools, services, skills and support to give the contribution as a productive citizens. With improved mental health, it become easy for children to achieve the success at school level. For living in the stable condition and to have the healthy relationships, there is necessary to have the well settled state of mental health and social and emotional well-being. The well mental state also keeps away from jail and the juvenile justice system by their facilities and supports. The psychological state of Children and adolescents have a dissimilar types of disorders i.e., Depression, Anxiety disorder, ADHD disorder, eating, mood disorder etc. and these disorder can be diagnosed and treated in different ways which covers a pediatrician or psychologist, to school to the young justice system. For mental disorder, policies and programs help the children who are broken and have lack direction, money follows idiosyncratic rules, and all these prevention programs hard to provide. Role of Nurse in Patient Safety

In current scenario, a portion of hospitalized patients die during or after hospitalization. So, there is need to increase the quality enhancement actions and role of nurses in these efforts. In year 2004, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) reported in ‘Keeping Patients Safe’: Altering the Work Atmosphere of Nurses that nurses play a very significant role in patient safety, therefore, nurses are always considered at the “sharp end” of error. Therefore, safety of patient is one of the crucial and significant component of nursing care and calls for global solutions. Improving the patient safety has been therefore primary concern for health services globally as today’s its one most challenging issue. Here in this paper an effort has been put to understand the role of nurse in patient safety. This paper has reviewed about the different researchers work and tried to put highlights on what nurses have already incorporated to enhance the safe care and positive outcomes from patients. A Study on Psychology of Nursing

Health is one of the significant and important aspect in today’s life which signifies the wealth of the country. The serving of nurses is relevant and plays a major role in the hospital services as nurses are crucial partner of any health care system. The present paper study about the psychological aspects of nurses and their interrelationship between the patient and nurses and aimed at viewing the issues of stress management in a manner of enhancing the health of their nurses and altering their behavior of working. The paper also focused on the key sources on which nurse’s faces disturbance in hospital and health care institute and the importance of dealing with the psychology of nurses working and behavior covering the strategies and personal coping skills so as to represent as the support system. The study also cover the emotional balance between the patient and their relatives as they were in high in their stress and frustration. The paper also conclusively relate the psychological problems conquer by staff nurses both internal and external health care treatment and prevention for the sake of proper care. The Nursing Perceptions of Clinical Research in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

The neonatal nurses are the professionals or personnel who are responsible to provide care to the patients. They direct these caring activities towards the development of social, physical and mental status of newborns in NICU. NICU is the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that comprises of the environment which is therapeutic and provides treatment of the NB i.e., Newborn in a critical condition. The nurse’s role was analyzed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in which the data is collected using the process of interviews in hospitals. All these units are described and classified into three of the major categories which are action development, perceiving the expectation and the action, the reduction or decrease in the staff member, absence of materials, instruments and the requirement of the improvement in a professional environment are mainly the nurse’s work in reality. To properly analyze the caring behavior, the care of the newborn is done that involves the parenting which is the ideal requirement.
